NOTICE Town of Upham PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Saturday, November 15, 2008, at 9:00 a.m.. at the Upham Town Hall located at N9575 Cty Hwy B, Summit Lake, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2009 BUDGET OF THE Town of Upham will be held. A copy of the proposed budget in detail may be obtained at the Budget Hearing or upon request. NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF UPHAM Notice is hereby given that on Saturday, November 15, 2008, immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2009 budget, which begins at 9:00 a.m. at the Town Hall, a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to Sec. 60.12(1)(c) of Wis. Stats, by the town board for the following purposes will be held: 1. To approve the total 2009 highway expenditures pursuant to Sec 81.01(3) of Wis. Stats. 2.
