Town of Upham Monthly Meeting, March 2, 2010 Chairman Larry Anderson called the March meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. A full quorum was not present. Both James Jansen and Roger Henke were absent. Also in attendance were Leah Antoniewicz and Tim Murphy and 16 registered visitors. The February meeting minutes and February Treasurer’s Report will not be read due to no quorum being present. Chairman Anderson reported that he had received a letter from an individual who supports the UTVs on ATV trails. Discussion took place. No action taken. Chairman Anderson reported that Langlade County made a determination regarding the culvert on Forest Road. The County claims that they did not do anything wrong and the town of Upham did not do anything wrong and furthermore they were not paying for any further work to the culvert. The Clerk assigned the following poll workers to work the Spring Election on April 6, 2010: Nancy Bruce, Irene Buck, Esther Lodholz, Diann Raith, Sandy Spielbauer, Sylvia Cross, Pat Anderson and Dixie Cherba Roger Henke was in Milwaukee for medical reasons and was contacted by phone to pay the bills. Chairman Anderson made a motion to pay the March bills. Supervisor Henke seconded. Motion carried. Chairman Anderson made a motion that the April meeting to be Thursday, April 1, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Supervisor Henke seconded. Motion carried. Chairman Anderson made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
