January 6, 2009 Caucus Meeting
CAUCUS January 6, 2009 Chairman Rodger Lodholz appointed Nancy Bruce as Chairperson of the Caucus. Nancy Bruce called the Caucus to order at 7:00 p.m. Rodger Lodholz nominated LeRoy Spielbauer and Frank Cherba as tellers. Joe Kirsch seconded. All were in favor. Nancy Bruce called for nominations for Chairman. Richard Zacharias nominated Larry Anderson for Chairman. Gary Strasser seconded. Nancy Bruce called for other nominations for Chairman. Mike Strasser nominated Rodger Lodholz for Chairman. Vionne Adams seconded. With no other nominations being heard for the position of Chairman the nominations were closed and Nancy declared Larry Anderson and Rodger Lodholz the candidates for Chairman. Nancy Bruce called for nominations for Clerk. Rodger Lodholz nominated Leah Antoniewicz for clerk. Frank Cherba seconded. With no other nominations being heard for the position of Clerk, the nominations were closed and Nancy declared Leah Antoniewicz the candidate for Clerk. Nancy Bruce called for the nominations for Treasurer. LeRoy Spielbauer nominated Tim Murphy for Treasurer. Roger Henke seconded. With no other nominations being heard for the position of Treasurer, the nominations were closed and Nancy declared Tim Murphy the candidate for Treasurer. Nancy Bruce called for nominations for 1st Supervisor. Joe Kirsch nominated Jim Jansen as 1st Supervisor Gary Strasser seconded. With no other nominations being heard for the position of 1st Supervisor, the nominations were closed and Nancy declared Jim Jansen the candidate for the position of 1st Supervisor. Nancy Bruce called for nominations for 2nd Supervisor. Joyce Zacharias nominated Roger Henke as 2nd Supervisor. Gary Strasser seconded. With no other nominations being heard for the position of 2ndt Supervisor, the nominations were closed and Nancy declared Roger Henke the candidate for the position of 2nd Supervisor. Gary Strasser made a motion to close the nominations LeRoy Spielbauer seconded. Motion carried. Jean Wheeler made a motion to close the Caucus. Gary Strasser seconded. Caucus was closed.
