Annual Meeting
April 8, 2008
Chairman Rodger Lodholz called the Annual Meeting to order at 7:00
p.m. at the Upham Town hall. Also present were James Jansen, Roger
Henke, Leah Antoniewicz and Tim Murphy. There were 14 residents in
attendance.
The Clerk read the minutes of the 2007 Annual Meeting. Frank Cherba
made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Joe Kirsch seconded.
Motion carried unanimously.
The Clerk read the 2007 Financial Report. A motion was made by David
Stilen and seconded by Frank Cherba to accept the Financial Report as
presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Discussion took place regarding asking the Park Commission for money
to help fund the cost of the new fire numbers. LeRoy Spielbauer made
a motion to request $10-15,000 from the Park Commission to help fund
the cost of the new fire numbers. Joe Kirsch seconded. Motion
carried.
Rodger Lodholz made a motion to give Dixie Cherba a $1.50 raise
bringing her pay from $7.00 to $8.50 per hour. Supervisor Jansen
seconded. Motion carried.
Tim Rusch made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Bill Mattek seconded.
Meeting adjourned.
