Town of Upham Annual Meeting April 10, 2007 Chairman Rodger Lodholz called the Annual Meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at the Upham Town hall. Also present were James Jansen, Roger Henke, Leah Antoniewicz and Tim Murphy. There were 25 residents in attendance. The Clerk read the minutes of the 2006 Annual Meeting. Nancy Bruce made a motion to approve the minutes as read. Paul Adams seconded. Motion carried unanimously. The Clerk read the 2006 Financial Report. A motion was made by Frank Kramer and seconded by Joe Kirsch to accept the Financial Report as presented. Motion carried unanimously. Paul Sima asked the town to put a protective mesh on the new culvert between Summit and Bass Lake to prevent it from becoming plugged by the creatures of nature, debris and humans.
